What is
Vibration?

Vibration is an oscillation. During mechanical oscillation a body or structure moves around the state of equilibrium. The moving mass owns mechanical energy.
The vibration technique needs so-called oscillation exciters as drives. Vibrators excite the mass to be moved by a mostly periodical force and effect an oscillation with fixed frequency and amplitude.
During excitation by an out-of-balance force the excited mass describes a circular or elliptical path. During excitation by a linear vibrator a forward-and-backward movement of the excited mass takes place.
As motive energy for vibrators are used three kinds: pneumatic, electric or hydraulic energy.

Important fields
of applications

Conveying
The particles to be transported are pushed under a specific angle so that a sequence of micro-projectile-motions and consequently a shifting in one direction results.

Loosening
Single particles of bulk material are loosened by vibration from a material compound. By means of reduction of friction loosening or flow of material occurs.

Compression
By means of reduction of friction between the material particles a rearrangement occurs. By the effect of gravity a bigger material density and simultaneous deaeration are achieved.

Places of
application

Our external vibrators are among other things employed in the following industries: mechanical conveying, dosing, weighing and sieving technique, chemical industry, mining, mechanical engineering, non-metallic minerals, iron and steel industry, packing engineering, construction industry, food industry, foundries, air conditioning and dust equipment

They are needed for dosing, discharging, dedusting, dewatering, deaerating, conveying, loosening, compressing, mixing, sieving, assorting, cleaning, checking, feeding etc.

Mounting is possible to construction machines, silos, hoppers, vibrating conveyors and feeders, shapes, moulds, vibrating tables, stone shaping machines, surface smoothers, vibrating planks, supports and grates, filter systems, downpipes, packing machines and others
